CARE COLLABORATION AT ST. VINCENT’S HOUSE & CLINICS

Through a partnership with St. Vincent’s House (SVH), UTMB Nursing and School of Medicine, Family Service Center of Galveston County is part of an integrated care team coordinating primary care, social services, and mental health care. FSC offers family and individual counseling services at SVH 5 days a week by appointment. If you or someone you know might benefit from talking with a counselor, please call 409-763-8521 for an appointment. Ask to speak with a mental health counselor.

The Integrated Care Services Program (formerly Community Support Services) increases access to counseling and related resources for individuals in non-traditional community-based settings. These services reduce barriers to accessing counseling services and are provided to persons of all ages through an ongoing partnership with St. Vincent’s House and Clinic. Services include counseling at St. Vincent’s House and Hope Clinic in Galveston.
